Refund policy

 Returns

Our return window is 5 days from the date you receive your item.

(Returns apply to online orders only.)

After 5 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.  Food items are final sale.

To qualify for a return:

• An original receipt is required;

• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• All original stickers must remain attached.

• Returns apply to online orders only and original shipping charges are non-refundable;  

Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

After we receive your return and confirm that all items are in sellable condition your refund will be processed within 7 business days back onto the original form of payment used to place the order.

Broken Pottery

Broken pottery will be replaced or refunded (excluding shipping charges), depending on availability.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery and provide:

• Photos of the broken pottery

• Photos of the shipping box

We will handle all claims with the shipping carrier.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Typical processing time is 2–3 business days.
